I am assuming you are seeing the " Somethings Gone Wrong Message on screen when playing back something on your NowTV Passes ?
Does the error message happen on everything you attempt to watch with your NowTV Passes or just certain TV shows or Movies ?
Also what playback devices are you using that is showing the error message and who is your ISP ?
