I am assuming you are referring to a NowTV broadband & telephone contract ?
If that's the case i would have thought it would auto renew after the 12 month contract unless you notify them that you wish to cancel .
Wouldn't be surprised there will be a price increase also which is the norm with all ISP's after the first year new customer introduction price.
Would suggest contacting the nowtv broadband team directly to ask them the question and maybe try haggling over the price if you are thinking of staying with their service for another 12 months.
You should find the telephone number under My Account > Broadband & Calls and keep clicking on most of the topic subjects to expand the information to reveal a helpline number to contact.
