Card Issues

Hi I'm looking for help .My bank card was cloned and so I had to cancel my card.Unfortunately a payment was supposed to be taken for my Now TV subscription. Obviously it was declined,but I cannot enter new details till my new card arrives.I dont have another debit card is there anyway to contact support to see if my payment can be delayed 7 days

That sucks with what has happened to you, because Live chat is currently down your best option is to fill out this form.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
