Cancelled account in May and still taking payments

I cancelled my account back in May 2019 and each month payments of 8.99 taken out! I’ve tried to contact now tv a few times but no joy. Any ideas as to what to do next?!? It’s nearly 100 pounds taken from my account! Thanks

Firstly have you gone into My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here and fully cancelled the entertainment pass ?

 

If there is no active pass shown, is it possible that you have created more than one account in the past ?

 

If so, double check the NowTV App under My Account on all your playback devices to see if you have used the same account details on every device and if you have more than one email address to your name, check them all for any email correspondence including checking junk & deleted folders.

 

With regards to refunds you can contact nowtv via their live chat online web service, or filling in and sending a web form or by writing to them by post (where all three forms of communication is available via this link page below).
