I am assuming you have accidentally purchased a Kids Pass for £3.99 ?
Firstly go to My Account > Manage Account > My Passes whilst logged in on here and fully cancel the pass (approx four steps on screen to cancel).
Then jump over to NowTV live chat and ask for a refund and explain to them what's happened.
