Broadband

Hi,

 

Is anyone else experiencing an outage in broadband? All of the lights on the modem are on, except the internet one- it’s orange instead of green.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you post where you are based, perhaps somebody on here can confirm if there is a local outage in your post code area or its an internet problem relating at your address and not effecting nobody else in your neighbourhood area.

 

Have you tried a reboot on the Router or pressing the reset button on the back of the NowTV Hub Router for about 10 seconds to see if that kicks starts the internet back into life.

 

If no joy, then phone the NowTV Broadband Team for further assistance & help.
