Our broadband has never been great, at the moment it is connected to a PS4 in one room, but not to the TV/Amazon stick in the other, both rooms are less than 6 meters away from the box.
After live chat the bot has suggested we restart the router but we have done this before with not much joy.
If our speed isn’t very high is this something we can mention to Now TV to try and sort this?

I'm sorry to say, I don't think it'll get any better! I've been trying for ages to get in touch with someone from now customer care,but I believe it's incripted! The best available advise I seem to get is to turn off every mobile, laptop or anything that would work on "broadband" and huddle inches away from router and pray! Wife and I are thinking of just not paying bill to see if they then contact us! Your Not alone! Good luck 🤞

I am not a Now TV broadband customer, so can only point you in the direction of the troublshooting. Much like the bot has told you to do.
