Why do I keep getting loads of payments coming out of my bank who do I contact to speak to as I can’t seem to get onto a live chat?

Anyone else in your home, even a small child? Once they have the remote, it’s way too easy for them to start up passes.
So the first thing to do is set a Payment PIN, under My Account/Settings & PINs, with a password only you know, to block off this avenue by which anyone can start Passes without you knowledge or consent.
As regards contacting NowTV, there is no-one you can speak to, alas.
So, if you still can’t get onto Live Chat, as below, use the Email option to get in touch with NowTV, explain which passes you didn’t order, and hopefully get them cancelled and refunded:-
