Refrence numbers for account

Hi Everyone...does anybody know where to look for the reference number I was supposed to get so that I can backtrack any complaints and or cancellations...I cannot talk to anyone on the helplines if I can't find my ref number...I have set up the account so I can access my account but does not show ref number...any idea? Thanks in advance

If you go to your account then

  • My details & settings
  • Personal details

In here you should see your account number at the top of the page. 

 

Assuming this is what you were after?

If it relates to an ongoing, or previous issue then you will have received a case ID by email.

@xavier5000 I would go back to that last post and edit out your account number, unless you want the whole internet to have access to it!

You can't edit or delete after a response. @Simon-J or another admin would have to delete the comment with the account number.

They seem to make it hard to find. Why it isn't on bills I dunno,
