@Anonymous User this is a community page, used by other customers. Now TV staff do occasionally use the page but no one who will have access to your account or be able to refund you. If you need help you'll have to email them at
customerservices at nowtv.com (we can't put email addresses here so you'll have to replace the 'at' and spaces with '@').
Keep in mind that they are running a limited staff level so may take a while to respond.
Incidentally, when you set the stick up, how did you log into it? Did it all you for existing account details or did you set up a new account for it?
