I wont to now if i can change my sports membership for a different membership and can i do that to d

I am now sports membership but would like to change it to an entertainment membership can I do this as I would like to do it today if possible

Yes but I don't understand what is meant by losing my offer i fink thats what I read when trying to cancel my membership
