My bank account has been used illegally to pay for somebody else's NOW TV subscriptions and there seems to be no way to connect you directly to get this sorted.
We have tracked the email associated using your customer services but there does not seem to be any simple way to call to block this user.
We are the victims of fraud and extremely angry.
Grateful for any suggestions on how to get this resolved

Firstly constantly saying “you” in a customer forum won’t get you very far.
Secondly, use this link to determine the account that is associated to your payment details.
