Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, while I wait for a response to my complaint lodged through the website.
I have noticed a monthly charge of £8.99 on my wife's business account that appears to relate to an ongoing pass. She assumed it was me that set this up so she didn't mention it, however my account is set up to come from a different account. I used the Account Finder on the website and using our names and the last 4 digits of her bank account, the result shows an email address that is not ours.
Before I contact my bank to report it as a potential fraud issue, has anyone had the same issue ?
