Help please, I’ve always been able to watch on two devices at the same time but now I can only watch on one as I keep getting an error message saying I have exceeded my quota even though I am only watching on one, has anyone else had the problem TIA

Came here about the same issue. Sad to see that NOWtv has decided to totally exploit its customers. Paying extra to not see ads and to watch on more than one device? Come on. Does not feel good to be played like that. Will be cancelling.
