Nowtv say 5 working days from date of order from their website.
When did you order the stick where nowtv normally send an email to you when the stick is about to be despatched with a link in the email to track the delivery.
When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments on here does it show any progress of your stick order ?
If it's been more than 5 working days then chase them up by contacting live chat.
