Hi. I'm having issues trying to activate my smart stick.
I got to the point where I entered the on screen code into my now tv account on my computer and now all I'm getting on the tv is "oops something went wrong. There's a problem loading the next page. Hit the back button on your remote and try again"
Hitting the back button takes me back to the 'Get Started' page. If I select get started, I continually get the above message.
I've tried rebooting my modem and de-powering the TV to no avail.
Please help.

Same problems here - even after resetting the stick.
It seems a load of us are having the same problem today (8/4/19) so probably a problem at their end. My new account works on my PC.

Maybe the stick is faulty take it back to where you bought it from i had this issue

Same problem here over the past hour. Got the code generated then the same error message at the others on this stream.

Same problem here. Been trying for 3 hours now. On live chat but just been told to do normal rest but still end up on same ooops page. Very frustrating.

Was on live chat and they said the same, reset and only connect one device to the wifi but doesn't fix the problem. No help what so ever from customer service.

I am having problems as well. I had an online chat with the help centre and they're going to email me back, but while I was on the website a red message came up to say they're aware of a fault for people setting up at the moment. They're working to fix it.
