Just been on live chat about the problem with live sports pixelating and the girl admitted they have a temporary problem. She then got me to go through all the usual steps reset this and that. I said what's the point if you have a problem at your end she then gave me a 1 month refund and passed me on to technical support who are supposed to contact me via email. Might be a long wait. If we all complain and get refunds they might sort it out. So all get on live chat when you have a problem. Good luck.
