£5 Now TV stick offer

I was sent an email by Now TV offering me the TV stick for £5 saying I need to link through the email (not keen on linking from emails) anyway I did and went through everything pressed buyit button and it won't proceed as it's stating I already have an account with this email address and won't proceed any further 

can anyone help

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Check on the webpage to see if there's an option to sign into an existing account (used to be in the top right corner but they change the forms often). If not try popping onto live chat and hopefully they will help you get the offer.
