Sound But No Picture For Freeview

My NowTV Smart Box has lost the picture for all the Freeviuew channels. The sound is there fine, but when I turned the nox on this morning the piucture had gone. It occasionally shows in the Last Live Channel Box onthe home page but disappears almost immediately. Previosuly it was working fine. Any ideas anyone?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

The 'smart' boxes are currently being updated with new software versions. Perhaps your box has not updated correctly.
