Sound but no picture

Have Nowtv app on firestick. Tried to watch House of Dragons but only sound, no picture. Was fine yesterday. Can still watch live TV and some other content. Did the usual unplug and plug back in but no change. App OK on tablet. Any ideas?

When you say Fire stick, is this Amazon fire stick? As you have tagged this in the NOW boxes & stick thread.

Fire stick is a brand by Amazon only and doesn't relate to NOW. 

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
