Welcome to the forum. Have you had it for over 12 months? It could be your introductory discount has finished. Either way worth giving the Combo Team a call to discuss it and see what the reason is (if you are out of contract you may be able to negotiate another discount).
You can find the telephone number for the Combo Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
https://account.nowtv.com/my-package
and click the Moving Home ‘Find out how’ button at the bottom, it will show you the number to call (even tho you’re not really moving home!)
