Switch over day.

Hi all,

 

Just been switched over from Sky to Nowtv today, thing is my service is up and running and Im still using my sky router? Do I have to plug in the Nowtv supplied router, or as its the same router with different branding just keep it there?

Perhaps for clarification you could phone the NowTV Combo Customer Support Team (Go to My Account > My Package where there should be a telephone helpline number to call).

Welcome to the forum. Yeah it was the same when I switched over from Sky. Just swap the Sky hub for the NOW TV hub and if you get the smiley white light after a couple of minutes all sorted, if not swap back to the Sky hub and try again later in the day. You'll want to be on the NOW TV hub moving forward so that NOW TV can monitor and diagnose at their end.
