Setup Fee Refund.

Hello,

 

I have ordered combo and paid £60 setup fee 1 week ago to switch from BT. 

Then BT send me better offer for not to switch. 

My kits are on the way.

If I cancel my order, can I get refund for setup fee, If yes until when ?

I'd recommend giving the team a call as they can answer your question direct. If you're wanting to cancel and/or try and negotiate with them you need to talk to them ASAP as your kit is already dispatched so you will be getting close to your activation date, after which you don't normally get setup fees refunded.
