Broadband not working

I paid my bill last week and it's not due again till the 8th Dec but it's just decided to not work and shut Down! Why? Bill not due?

Welcome to the forum.

 

I would imagine it's an issue with the line or some other issue causing your downtime rather than non-payment. If you haven't already give the Combo Team a ring to report the problem. You'll find the number on your My Account > My Passes page
