I didn't link up my account until today and i was charged £9.99 for the movie pass for the trial yesterday but on my bill am still charged the extra £9.99 so in total £49.99 i phoned up and told them i should be charged £40 instead of £49.99 for my bill tomorrow for phone line rental, calls, display on my land line and my fiber and my movie pass. It's still showing as £49.99 and not £40 as the lady on the phone like she said i would get charged?
