Broadband not active... Still.

Hello,
My broadband was supposed to go live on the 11th. I called on the 12th as it wasn't active and was told that my old provider had not released the line.
I then travelled to Australia (where I am currently) and having checked my account online it still says it is not active. TalkTalk have told me they have disconnected and that they are not stopping anyone from taking over.


Help please!

Your best option is to get back in touch with NowTV, either via their live chat service or send them an email direct from the link page below.

Alternatively, if you go to My Account > My Package there should be a phone number to call the NowTV Broadband Service Dept (not sure if it is a Free Phone number or the cost involved when phoning from Australia) ?
