I loaded a Sky Movies voucher 4 days ago which was to commence on June 5th. It was accepted and confirmed. However, that date has now arrived and the voucher has not been activated - I have tried re-entering it but get the "voucher not recognised" message. Any help, please?

The best option is to jump on to live chat and see what went wrong.

I bot a 6 month pass on Saturday, and as of yet-96 hours later, despite numerous live chats and promised e-mails from technical (still waiting)-I still have nothing to show/watch.
As far as I am concerned, they are in breach of contract-They made an offer, i accepted that offer by paying for it and they have failed to deliver.
