Skysports via Virgin Media

I have skysports via virgin media. I try to log in and it doesn't recognise my skysports account on the App. Does anyone have any ideas how to log in with the skysports provided by Virgin Media.

If you subscribe Sky Sports via your Virgin Media account you won't be able to use the NOW App.
