UKTV Play app not working on black box

For the last few days, when I click the UKTV Play app I just get dumped back to the NOW home screen. I've tried restarting the box.

Can you delete and reinstall the app?

Is your box fully updated?

I'll try reinstalling the app later (presumably I'll lose all my saved favourites).

Box is up to date.

You won’t lose your favourites as UKTV play is tied to an account (out-with NOW).

All you’ll need to do is log back in when it’s reinstalled.

I reloaded and it's now working but I did lose my favourites.
