keep getting "sorry, NOW TV isn't available right now" on my tv.
had it for a week now.
tried rebooting a couple of times no good.
changed where stick plugged in to back of tv.
checked now tv website but cant find how to access messaging service for technical help. There is a pink message bubble on bottom of screen but clicking on it doesn't do anything.!
very frustrated , ready to chuck the whole thing !
considered buying new stick as last resort but these have been out of stock on website for over a week with no mention of when back in stock.
Can anyone help please?

Think about what we might need to know to help you.
Make and model of TV would be a start; if this is a pre-2015 LG TV with the WebCast OS, for instance, that was sunsetted a while back.

Just wondering are you using a NowTV Stick or NowTV Box and your Router is a BT Home Hub ?
If so, maybe have a read of this thread on how to fix the problem.
