The knick wont play.

Hello. I have been trying to watch The Knick. S1E1 played on the Now tv app on my fire stick but would not play any other episode going to a oops massage. I downloaded the Now app into an Amazon tablet and it plays the episodes but is small. 

I dug out my old now tv stick plugged it in updated firmware ect it also will not play the knick beyond episode 1

What am I not doing?

I have a good fast internet connection.

Sounds like a similar issue to this other linked thread below but a different TV show.
