Setup for new stick?

Reg server Unreachable 

Trying to set up for the first time and keep getting this come up. Is this an issue my end or at sky?

Are you trying to create a nowtv account or attempting to activate the stick by using the 6 digit code shown on your television screen ?

If you are based in the UK then make sure you are using the UK webpage address or if you are in the Republic of Ireland that you are using the ROI website.

Should that not work try a different internet browser when visiting the website or webpage.
