I have just purchased a now tv stick with a free month pass included. After following the instructions on the tv it told me to put in the code when setting up online. I did this an it said the now tv was all set up but my free month pass couldn’t be added and to go onto a live chat with now tv and they will add it for me. Iv tried to live chat and it isn’t allowing me to ask this question. Also Iv tried Netflix on the stick and it’s working but the sound is terrible it’s echoing and stuttering and isn’t in sink with the actors talking. Can anyone please advise me on what to do or how to speak to someone from now tv directly. Thanks
