Problem

Hello 

I’m watching programs/ films and it cuts out and gose back to the now tv Home Screen 

can anyone help with what might be the problem

I'm having this issue with the Disney Plus app, nothing I have tried has worked so hoping someone has a solution!

With regards to the Disney Plus App, somebody over on Twitter had success by removing some Apps from their NOW Stick My Apps section to get the Disney Plus App to work.

If there is Apps that you don't tend to use in your My Apps section it might be worth a try.

The Disney Plus App seems to be playing fine for me on my NOW box.
