Netflix

Hi, I’ve just set up my now tv stick. But when I try and go on to Netflix it coming up with an error message. Can anyone help?

We had the same problem this might help as it did for us ... we factory reset the now tv box wich signed out the account and then followed the instruction on the tv to sign back in and set up the internet again then we tryed netflix again then it works

Had exactly the same problem removed and added app signed back in and it’s working again
