It wont let me redeem my entertainment pass.

Hi morning all,

I have just bought the new now tv stick, ive activated it and linked it to my mine now tv account, however i go to watch the entertainment section and it wont let me watch anything, it keeps telling me to buy a pass, however the stick it ment to have a 2 month pass already, when i go to my online account it doesnt have a redeem option.

Have you solved yours i had this problem when i bought my white back about like 4 years ago and i cant remember how i did it

Have you tried going to http://www.nowtv.com/activate and clicking the Complete account setup button?

Hi,

Yeqb the smart stick is set up, im able to use the stick for netflix and i
have signed in on my account however it is telling me to buy the package!!
Please assist me unless ive done something wrong wuth my setup
