When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here is there any indication that the stick has been despatched ?
If there is no indication or the stick hasn't left their warehouse, then give nowtv a chase by contacting their live chat service.
Open the link page below and select the most appropriate help topic, then once you reach the final stage of the process scroll towards the bottom of the screen and click the drop down arrow below Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button.

BTW - You could have picked up a stick with a bundled pass from places like Currys or Argos for £15 and saved yourself a couple of quid and wouldn't have to wait for delivery from nowtv (assuming you have a local Currys or Argos close to you).
