Hi,
I have just upgraded from the Black NowTv box to the new smart 4K one and I'm having remote issues. The remote operates whilst choosing something to watch, then if left for a few moments no longer works. I've also checked the IR at this point and it is also not operating. If i remove a battery and re-insert, hey presto it works as above. The old remote works to continue as normal for the moment whilst I decide what i'm gong to do.
Tried repairing the box and remote to no change, resetting the boxand trying again etc....
Has anyone come across the same issue? Is it a software thing? Or am i likely going to have to take a trip back to the shops to return the unit? I know these things happen out of the box, just grrr.
