Now to box

Have tried signing into the now tv but is not letting me sign in.

@Anonymous User does your password contain special characters that may be the issue. Are you using your username or email to login. Try the other if one is not working. Personally I prefer to go down to show password before putting in my password so I know that it's correct. Failing all that reset your box, there is a small pin hole. Stick a pin in that until it comes restarts.

First things first. Can you please confirm the model of your NOW TV playback device?

 

Is it the NOW TV 'white' (Roku LT) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'black' (4200SK - Roku 3) box? Which looks like this: -

Is this the first time this has happend? also can you log into any other device? as it may be a password issue .
