My remote stopped working 2 weeks ago so I started using the app as the remote. The sky store is out of stock of the remote. This has been working fine until this morning when the remote button on the app has failed to appear. I’ve updated the app and tried to download the Roku app but it can’t find my now tv box. I’ve not done a factory re-set and it was working fine yesterday. I have done nothing different. I’m now paying for a service I can’t use!!!
