NowTV are starting to use electronic digital passes rather than the older paper scratch cards with the codes that come bundled with the box or stick.
If there is no scratch cards in the box, then when you setup and register the box, the passes will be automatically added to your account.

If you've bought a NOW TV device that comes with NOW TV Passes but there's no voucher included in your box, don't worry – when you set up your device, you'll see that your voucher will be added to your account automatically (you might just need to redeem it by going to My Account and Passes & vouchers).
