Hi,
i brought a smart stick with entertainment , cinema and sports 1 day pass.
sports pass is showing in my account but not the other passes. Can you help?

If you haven't got an active entertainment or cinema pass then these two vouchers should automatically start once you setup the stick.
Go into My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here and click the purple & orange arrows underneath both passes to expand the on screen information about these two passes.
If it is saying start a free trial or buy an entertainment & cinema pass and nothing is showing under Vouchers Waiting for You towards the top of the screen page, then pop over to live chat for further assistance & help.
