now TV not working

I have 2 now to black boxes both have stopped working. Have tried from my iPad and it shows error 59 contact customer services.   Wireless strength is showing as excellent and other devices, etc work perfect. 

 

Is is there someone I can contact to find out what is going wrong?

@Anonymous User  have you tried all the usual trouble shooting items.  1) unplug and plug back in,  2) update software, 3) factory reset, 4)hard set (one at a time)

Thanks John 566.  I plugged and unplugged. Now fine.
