Won't let me put my bank details on my account!

No matter how many times I try it won't let me add my bank details to my account there's nothing wrong with my bank card don't no what to do I've spent money on a voucher I can't use now.

Welcome to the forum. Might be worth trying on a different browser and/or device (eg try on a mobile/tablet instead of PC or vice versa). Make sure it's a UK issued bank/credit card with some funds available on it, prepaid cards might not work.

I have brought two vouchers today and each time I have tried to add the code it asks for my bank details when I try to add my bank details its tells me oops there is a problem
