Who do I contact for an outage?

Hello, my internet stopped working. i restarted the router, checked for unpaid bills but bills were paid and restarting the router didn't do it. who do i contact? there is no chat here and i don't find an emergency hot line for support...

You’ve tagged this thread with the wrong item, the NOW box (black) is successor to the recently discontinued white box. 

If you do a search on the forum there are endless threads which will have the phone number.
