That didnt work out message

Now 48 hrs of that didnt work out message. Tried updating,rebooting and factory reset. Can only get few minutes and buffers then kicks you out. Disney ok though? Even tried removing watch list items and re adding. Hacked off now think may need a new box but any ideas

Well still not working so went to now tv chat who were basically useless. He kept asking for my surname when he could even see what devicez we watch on and when and i pay by direct debit out of an account in my name. I doubted i was even speaking to someone from now . I just wanted to know if its me or them!

NOW Twitter have tweeted there is a number of error messages that are appearing on various playback devices and the issue you are seeing is one of them.

The tweets they have replied to, says that they are aware of problems with regards to their streaming TV service and are trying to fix it ASAP (no time frame was given).
