Hi I have a Phillips TV no cannot log in but can on my IPad?? Error is OVP_0026?

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately you can't watch on a smart TV via the web browser you need a dedicated NOW TV app installed and NOW TV don't provide an app forPhilips TVs so for now if you want to watch on your TV you will need to connect a device to it.
Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can use. If not, a NOW TV box is probably your cheapest option.

That error code OVP_00026 on your NowTV box suggests that you haven't fully set up your account ?
However, you mention that your iPad is working fine with the NowTV app.
Have you signed in to the box with the same username details as your iPad ?
Also, i am assuming you are not in the Republic of Ireland using a UK spec NowTV box ?

@Anonymous User Sorry! Few things to try. First are you able to watch your pass fine on the iPad? If so look at the My Account screen on the NOW TV app on your iPad and make sure the username there is the same one you are using on your NOW TV box.

Hi yes my username is the same I have even tried using my account name. I have changed my password as well but it still didn't work. I have tried turning the box on and off but no luck

Perhaps try a factory reset on the box, by leaving your TV and box switched on, and push & keep holding a small pin in the reset hole on the back of the box until the initial NowTV setup screen reappears on your TV screen (should take up to about 30 secs).
The above is based on you have either the white or black nowtv box (not the smart box with the blue nowtv logo on the top casing).
Then you will have to re enter all your details again from scratch.
