Do you mean the NOW Broadband Router ?

Then normally it turns up two or three days before your live activation date.

What does it say under your online account in the Orders & Appointments section and what date does it show for your live activation date?

Or are you expecting a NOW TV streaming box with your NOW Broadband order which NOW don't provide and you need to provide your own streaming devices?
