Now TV freezing

After reseting and reconnecting to Internet my now TV box prompts a software update. Which it does successfully 100%. Then the screen freezes and can not do anything at all except reset. . Ggrrrrr helpppp

@ukbobboy from reading other posts, most seem to back on and viewing fine, are you still stuck on the home screen with the 4 colour circles?

Yes, I've got a tad past that but still bricked, I'm gonna remove that plug again and see what happens.

Pleased to see it's not just my Now TV box that has frozen. I've only been a Now TV customer for a couple of weeks and have already had some issues. Does it just resolve itself? I've tried all the trouble shooting tips inc a full reset but the problem remains. So far, I'm not impressed Now TV.

Its a problem their end
Clearly a NOW TV problem (despite what the Service Status page says!).

Seems to be affecting all NOW TV box types (white, black & smart).

Service seems to be working OK on iOS devices & Roku own brand boxes.

Normal service should resume without needing to do anything (or at worst a power cycle of the box).

I'm having the exact same problem with my 2 now tv boxes, thought it was very odd for them to both be down
