I cannot login to my now tv on my television i can on my phone it's just not letting me

Please can you help me  I've tried everything to login it's just not allowing me on my television..however my phone is working alright it's fine just a TV...

Hi @Ernestthorne 

Are you using a smart TV with the NOW  App on it and if so what is the make and model number of the TV or are you using something like a NOW box connected over HDMI to the TV.

When you try to login is there any error message or error code and are you using any VPN ?

To add to what @schnapps is asking, when you say it is OK on your phone, is that over WiFi (and so the same broadband provider the TV should connect to) or over your mobile provider’s internet?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
